Without Account Access

1. Navigate to ugcesports.gg in your browser
2. In the home page select “Log In”,  and then hit “Forgot Password“
3. Fill in the email used for the account and click submit.
4. Check your email for a Password Reset link from noreply@UGCesports.gg
5. Navigate to the field titled “Change Password”, and enter your new password.
6. Click “Save Changes” and your new password will be saved.

    

With Account Access

1. Navigate to ugcesports.gg in your browser.
2. In the home page select “Log In”, enter your username and password, and click “Sign In”.
3. Click the Gear Wheel icon on the left hand side underneath your username to view the “Settings” page.
4. Click “Account Information”.
5. Navigate to the field titled “Change Password”, and enter your new password.
6. Click “Save Changes” when you have entered a new password that you are satisfied with, and your new password will be saved.
