Fred Licon

Fred is co-founder of Lineup Media Group (board member) and Atomic 47. As chief operating officer, Fred leads all operational aspects of Lineup Media Group’s administration, policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure future growth. Prior to Lineup Media Group, Fred served as the director of government and community affairs for Wynn Resorts, Ltd. and Las Vegas Sands Corp., where he developed corporate citizenship and brand promotion strategies in emerging domestic and international gaming jurisdictions.

Before his time in the private sector, Fred served as deputy assistant to the mayor in Omaha, Nebraska, where he aided Mayor Fahey in formulating and implementing policies, programs, and special projects across a range of critical community issues.

Previously, Fred served his beloved hometown as the program manager of human development and AmeriCorps*VISTA supervisor for the El Paso Empowerment Zone Corporation, in which he managed multi-million dollar health and human service budget and implemented strategies, designed to build capacity and improve quality of life standards throughout economically distressed neighborhoods.

Fred earned a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Economy from Williams College and Exeter College, University of Oxford.
