EDWARDSVILLE, IL (January 22, 2021) Today Ultimate Gaming Championship (UGC) announced the Spring 2021 season of Battle Academy, the nationwide scholastic esports competition run by UGC EDU the company’s inroad into the scholastic arena. With its partners: SHI, LG, Intel, MSI Acer, Horizon AVL, and Learn2Esport, UGC EDU will continue to offer Rocket League and Valorant competitions to high school and collegiate student-athletes that participate in Battle Academy. Beginning on March 8th and ending April 17th, Battle Academy will award $25,000+ in scholarships and prizes to the top scholastic esports programs that compete.
